  • After the recent rise in crime in my neighborhood, I decided to explore home security options. Like most, I looked into multiple products. After doing my homework on all the window treatment and door products, I found the security shutters to be the most effective. Now once making up my mind that's what I wanted I found 2 companies in Vegas that have both been doing this for decades. I have both companies in my home. Rolladen and Nevada Rolling Shutter. First off the Rolladen sales person was over 45 mins late and this was a rescheduled appointment that he requested. Then upon the sales call he was pushy and not very knowledgeable at all. I did also look into their reputation with the city code enforcement and found some issues. The next company I had out was Nevada Rolling Shutter. Scott, their sales guy, was actually a little early and very polite and professional. My husband had multiple questions as he's a building contractor, and Scott had all the answers which were 100% correct. Upon looking into their company, I found no issues with them at all. They also have the real German product unlike their competitor who claims they do (which I verified they do not although they told me differently). I decided to go with Nevada Rolling Shutter based on my homework and the pure honesty, knowledge and professionalism from Scott. Install was about 7 weeks later and the crew consisted of mostly family, father and sons. They took 3 days to do my install and it was perfect! You can certainly tell it's a family owned and family run business. About a week later, Scott reached out to me to ensure everything was ok and I was 100% satisfied. These guys truly care about their customers before, during and after the sale which is why their reputation is spotless. If your in the market for security shutters, look no further. They also did my neighbors house recently and they were just as pleased and happy.
