  • I'm a true sushi affectianado! It must be fresh and most importantly the chef MUST be able to customize an order from the menu. our first order was exactly that, special order! Chef didn't blink and prepared what we ordered. after a few more rolls ordered a "chef" choice based on our taste. hit another home run! The true measure of a sushi resturant is delivering fresh tasteful sushi that matches individual customers tastes. this is our new sushi "regular" resturant!
