I started doing Crossfit in January of this year and it completely changed my life. Camp Rhino has multiple classes through out the day that I can easily fit into my schedule. On top of that, there are different trainers but each one of them have their own unique ways to help teach proper form and are all very encouraging. Also, no matter what class I take, everyone is super supportive and eager to cheer on one another to the finish!
There is also a 6 week challenege that I have been on since this Jan and through that I learned to fuel my body and my performance in Crossfit has changed dramatically because of it.
There is much more to be offered at this gym as well. There is Obstacle Course training and Bootcamp classes in Camp Rhino as well so pick your obsession and give all you've got!
