This Kohl's seems smaller than its westside counterpart and used to often be in disarray but recently seems more organized and less cramped. As with every Kohl's you can use sales, coupons, and Kohl's cash to your massive advantage - between a sale, Kohl's cash, and their rewards program I got a $44 sweater for free. Hard to argue with that!
My main issue recently has been finding salespeople to help when I'm on the floor. A couple of weeks ago we were in the shoe department and we wanted to know if they had my gent's size in stock in the back. I walked through the shoe department, menswear, and housewares before finally stopping at the jewelry counter up front and waiting in line for the only non-cashier I was able to find. The woman at the counter was quite helpful and later a manager stopped by and walked me back to the section where someone appeared, but initially multiple calls over the walkie talkie went unanswered.
The savings make up for service lapses (and it's not that the service is poor, it's just that there aren't enough people for busy times) and I'm sure I'll be back, especially since things seem more orderly.
