| - I have purchased a 2005 Honda Pilot. It had the airbag recall still to be done. I called the repair phone number and left a message two days in a row. On the 3rd day I walked in and set the appointment. The young guy who helped me hardly spoke and never smiled. I told him I had called twice, his response is we get a lot of calls. Showed up at scheduled time to drop off vehicle. This manager, Brian, was polite and showed good customer service skills. I told them I couldn't get back to pick up until between 4 & 5 p.m... At approx. 1:30, received a call that the vehicle was ready for pick up. Arrived at 3:27! Would you believe it took them a full hour to FIND MY CAR?!!!
The guy looking for my car, walked past me 3 times and asked to check my paper work five minutes after the first time he looked at it. I finally asked the guy who set the app if he could find someone with more brains to find my car. Brian, approached and apologized and told me they would give me new wiper blades! I told him I just wanted to go home. My car was brought to me 10 minutes later! I didn't even check about the wiper blades...it was 4:27! Just to top it off, while I was standing in a narrow alley type space at the cashier, when I first arrived, a short manager named Tommy D., pushed past me with 2 large boxes. Barely missing me and 2 other customers. The woman he was with came back and apologized. Tommy D. And the staff here need CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING, and a system as to where the put vehicles after the work is completed! I will never use this Honda site again. I can't even imagine what problems they have when the Snow Birds are here in Arizona!!
