I was in the area shopping (I live uptown) and I decided to stop by to see if I could get a quick pedicure. I had never been here before and didn't have an appointment. When I walked in, no one said hi and it took like a few minutes before anyone even asked if I need any help. I asked if I could get a pedicure and one of the employees in there mumbled her response and then was silent for about a minute until she got up and went around as what it seemed to be asking other employees if they had time to do a pedicure. She then came back and continued doing someone's nails without even responding to me. Then after a minute or two I then asked again, so do you all have time to do a pedicure? and then she mumbled "after this person and that person and then you can go". Why didn't she just say that from the beginning there was a wait? I understand I didn't have an appointment and didn't mind waiting but the HORRIBLE customer service made me not even want to get any services done at this establishment so I said thanks anyway and walked out. I have never experienced such horrible customer service at a nail shop. When you walk in they should be welcoming and at least nice and acknowledge your presence. Next time I will just to one of my usual spots Uptown.
