  • I went here last night with a group of friends in town for an academic conference, having found it fun when I attended trivia night a couple of nights prior. We ended up needing to leave soon anyway because one of my friends had forgotten his ID at home, but it came to my attention later that when my Iranian friend produced his passport for ID purposes, the guy checking it harassed him and demanded details of his visa, in addition to flipping through his passport. That kind of xenophobic garbage has no business anywhere, and it's disheartening that this bar, which I initially had fun at, would encourage it in its employees. I will be specifically advising against going here in the future.
