  • My wife and I were looking for a leather sectional for literally 2 years. We hit every department store and furniture store we could find. We ran into such poorly constructed furniture. I mean we would shake it and it would feel like it was on the verge of falling apart. We would read reviews and there would be a host of problems. We nearly bought one knowing we would be replacing it in 7 years. On a whim we went into Arizona Leather. We spent hours in the store with Michael that answered every question we had. We shook furniture and sat on every one of the sectionals n the store multiple times. Then we went back the next day and did it again and asked a lot more questions, I have to say the Michael was awesome and was patient as heck with us. We finally bought our sectional and it was delivered in February. I will admit it was nerve racking waiting for it to be built and delivered. Also there was the fear of, "will the quality and color match the show room?'. Plus we ended up paying a little bit more than we had budgeted but there is no doubt in our minds that this will last for the next 20+ years. Each one is built here in the states and the quality shows. Michael is a superstar and we are totally in love with the sectional. Also all of our boys and dogs are hanging out more in the living room and the sectional is taking the abuse without a scratch! No doubt one of the best furniture purchases we made and as I said there customer service was awesome.
