  • Well he , Shamrock , was 2 hours late and he wasn't able to complete on the first day. Then he shows up 2 hours late again this morning . Additionally he gave me like three different quotes and none of them were itemized. It just stated central air repair on the invoice . I asked him about the parts and he told me that he doesn't list individual charges, and he does everything on a flat rate. One was for $723 , but only if I paid upfront for a warranty and maintenance plan in the sum of 120 extra dollars . Or he said I could give him credit card and he would only billed 22 dollars a month . Then he gave me an amount on $866 dollars and that was without the warranty and maintenance plan. However this was actually less than the first quote with the maintenance plan. And finally I reviewed my cameras and he didn't bring in any parts , he only brought in a ladder. I was told it would need a mother board and some other minor parts . This is totally unacceptable and the guy is a crook .
