  • Confusing ordering system, small portion sizes and pricing that is way too high for what you get. I am so disappointed Panera has gone down the road of being cheap and stingy when it comes to quality and portion sizes. I hope a Kneaders opens up nearby---they have a much better menu selection and way better customer service.
