| - Users and new patients beware: the staff here trick, deceive, and will overcharge you. First, watch out for the offer to get a oral cancer screening. The hygienists make it seem as though it is included with cleaning, x-rays, and a consult, but it is not. They will charge you $30, and it will not be covered by insurance. Also watch out for them billing your insurance company for small things, such as a fluoride treatment, and also charging you that cost in your copay. The billing department here has no idea what they are doing, and you will owe a copay without knowing why. There is no transparency, and they will not disclose if any procedure will cost extra. If you are willing to take the risk of raising your insurance premiums or losing cash because of a fraudulent copay, go ahead and get treated here. If not, I recommend finding another location to receive treatments.
