  • Would NOT recommend them. They delivered my flowers once. The second time, I asked for them to be delivered yesterday (Friday) for my mother for mother's day. They didn't call me until Saturday and they refused to deliver because I wanted it to be a surprise for my mother and they didn't want to waste gas driving there when she may not be home (even though she would have been available on Friday, when they promised delivery). The person on the phone, Margaret, was extremely rude and she actually laughed and made fun of me for simply asking for the flowers to be delivered. Like that's not the point of a flower delivery place? Now my mother won't have flowers for mother's day and it's her first mother's day without her own mother so it's especially hard for her. And this flower company just didn't come through and wouldn't help out at all. Poor customer service!!!! Do not recommend!!!! (if you want customer service or your flowers actually delivered on time)
