  • Came in to buy a set of pots and pans and a vacuum. We knew exactly what we wanted and we're ready to buy...because there was no one available to simply pull the items from the top of the store stock and send us on our way, we left. We are taking our business and our almost 400 dollars worth of patronage to another bed bath and beyond and hopefully they will be happy to help us. Would much rather give another store and manager that has better customer service and scheduling competency the business they need to hopefully meet their numbers, as far as this particular store I can only wish them luck and hopefully some words to the wise.
