  • I paid for a full car wash and an orbital wax. It was a terrible job and my car had a mark on it. They said did you see it happen, since my car was out of sight 85% of the time I could not swear I saw it happen. I called the corporate office and talk to a person named Droste who is the operation manager and requested the name of their insurance carrier and he would not give it to me. He said they would just roll over and pay the claim and he did not want the claim against them. I do know the mark was not there when they drove it away to wash it. Being it was on the driver side it was hard to miss. Rude, terrible wash and wax and a damaged car.
