  • Scammed by the agent! I declined all optional coverages and only wanted to pay what I pre-paid for, yet when I returned the car they charged me $175 for coverage I refused in the first place! I sold insurance for 20yrs I know what coverages I need and what I don't. Total scam! they said I should have read what I signed before I left the counter and since I supposably signed the agreement they couldn't do anything. Humm wait in a long line, listen to their sales pitch, I trusted they would be ethical. Hey maybe charge me upfront before I pick up my car?! They distracted me with an "upgraded" car. I wonder how much the agents make "selling" extra coverages humm? Bastards
