  • Terrible service. Very Rude manager! I bought a Magtag washer machine just two years ago from Spencers. It is not working. It will not drain. Called Spencers and they said to call their repair center. I called on Monday and the rude young girl said the soonest they could come out was this thus. I asked if she could give me AM or PM. NO!! They will call you Thurs AM. I call this AM at 7:15 and another snippy girl said they will call between 7:30 and 8:30. I called at 8:30 and another rude girl said that I was not on the list. I asked to speak to the mgr. I had cancelled a Dr. appt. to be here all day Thurs. The Mrg. apologized and said they would get someone here Friday. I then called Spencers and spoke with the Manager. I complained about the two yr old Magtag going bad and about the rude service at their "call center" He was also very curt and basilly said TOO BAD!! I would never use Spencers again again. They are many more places to buy appliance and where you get better and polite service. Hope this saves someone else from the frustration that I have experienced today!
