  • Unacceptable. They schedule appointments for 8am but don't even show up to open the doors until 757. Leave people waiting in the lobby for over an hour while they take personal phone calls and chit chat. The doctor I saw was ok, but they really need better management and desk staff. Appointment scheduler was rude on the phone and wrong about whether they had my medical records, forcing me to drive all over town only to find that the records had already been delivered.
