  • Call me what you will, but I enjoy an Einstein bagel. On the way to airport via Rainbow there are so few options to grab something decent and quick to eat before 11am. I learned this after stopping at two different spots to discover they were closed. Einstein's saved the day. I got a little giddy when I discovered they have a thin everything bagel AND an asparagus, mushroom breakfast sandwich. As with other Einstein's, their cafe latte wasn't that good. I don't think I will be ordering it anymore after two disappointing brews at separate locations. However, whenever I am in need of a quick breakfast, this is definitely on my short list!
