Since there's no yelp for the MARKVILLE location, I'm gonna post this here.
Environment:
Walking into that location compared to others, I feel like that store is about to close down or something. It almost, always looks empty and they're always out of stock for the items I need (e.g blotting sheets).
Service:
I feel like the girls working here don't take it seriously as if they're volunteering there or something. Majority of the times I walk in an associate would continue talking to another associate and completely ignore the customer. Whenever someone does approach me and I tell them I'm just browsing, they give you the dirty look and when I do need help, they're still too busy talking to another associate or they give me 'that look' as if I SHOULD know what the product is/how it works.
I probably won't be returning to this location unless I need to, but you're probably better off at the Vaughn Mills location or even the one at Fallsview Casino. I've had pretty good service and the associates are always willing to help and explain their products.
Price & Products:
Everything is pretty much affordable with some products that are slightly mid to higher price range. Some of my favorite go-to items that I always end up buying in no particular order are the blotting sheets (much better than the Bosia ones from Sephora, although I'm not sure why some are packaged with 50 sheets and some with 70 sheets and it's the same price??), the konjac sponge, nail polish, and masks (DO NOT BUY THE WHITE CLAY MASK! It's hard to apply and you end up wasting a lot of it..). I'm still currently trying out their other products as I love Korean beauty and a lot of it and made with natural ingredients.
