  • Overall I've been very happy with their customer service and quality of food. However tonight I was quite appalled when a manager was yelling at the top of her voice at an employee near the front door of the restaurant! I don't know the situation, but I do know that as a manager that you have those conversations in private and away from customers. I felt very uncomfortable and almost walked out. Please be more professional and handle your staffing issues privately and not in front of us. Shame on you!
