  • Went in for a replacement battery for my relatively new vehicle. They replaced my battery for me. Was given some misinformation by one of their young sales people. Ordinarily, this might have led to frustration and a low rating. HOWEVER, when I contacted the store manager, he made everything more than right to both my surprise and complete satisfaction. While there seems to be some auto parts store on almost every other corner in the Valley, I will intentionally make sure to make this O'Reilly store my go to for anything related to any of our vehicles.
