  • They ripped me off. The driver added a tip for herself that I did not sign for. Never again will I use this service. I noticed when I was filling out my expense report. Beware of your driver in Phoenix. Called to complain and they told me I have to go online. There worthless customer service can not help. THEY SUCK!!
