  • Since writing my initial review I have moved out. Upon moving out, we were charged $150 to repaint a few accent walls in our apartment. This would be fine, however the walls were already painted that color when we moved in. I called and questioned this charge and the manager told me she would "look into it" because they werent doing accent walls at the time we rented our apartment. She said she would call me back when she found out more. It has now been a few weeks and I havent heard a word from them and they sent me my refund check minus the $150. Also, dont bother cleaning your stove top when moving out. They also charge an automatic $4 for each drip pan, I know this isn't much, however its pretty picky if you ask me because ours were cleaned regularly when living there and clean when we left.
