  • Dont know where to start. Front desk was at first ignoring you, then when they talk to you, they seem upset that you could not understand them properly. There' two of them there and neither of them is nice. Should never have had to greet customer with those attitude. Massage is okay but depends each visit who is massaging you. Hands smell like cigarette even if they washed their hands. Dont expect to be massaged for an hour. Could be Really loud. Either kids playing around or other patrons shouting at each other. If you give $10 for a $20 massage they will not say thank you and make you feel bad. Just hand the money over, turn around and go. Just raise you prices and pay your workers fairly. Another thing, take down that poster that says you are happy with 10/h tip cause you are just fooling your customers.
