  • It's unfortunate that I literally have nothing positive to say about my stay here. The front desk staff we have encountered were neither friendly, nor competent in assisting with our questions about the area or just making us feel welcome in general. The room was average although "newly renovated." Sink didnt drain well and we had to make shift fix it for our stay. Not to speak of the internet wifi issues that arose and appropriate personell were not able to assist with. Downstairs computers also run at the speed of a snail. Lastly, I recognize this is a largely business used property, but breakfast ends at 9 AM. This is ridiculous to me and extremely unaccomodating to a family with children. I certainly will not be returning as there are many better stays in the vicinity, but just a heads up for those looking for a fun family experience in Scottsdale..
