This is the worst internet service provider EVER! I pay top dollar for the "PREMIUM HIGH SPEED" internet!!!!! Half the time I can't even connect. Three technicians later still crappy Internet service. I Was promised by a manager that today would be the day that the Internet was completely fixed. Stay home and we will send our best technician to upgrade your modem , make sure every area of the house can get Internet , fix whatever needs to be done and he'll be there between 10 and 12. Well it's 12:25 and no repair man. Called Cox communications and was told That he will be there around 2:45 pm hopefully!!!! Would you like to reschedule or how about I give you a $20 credit for taking a full day off of work to sit at home and wait for our moron repair man. So I asked the obvious question doesn't your company have a process that requires the repair man to call you when he's going to be late. ......Answer: " no ma'am only when they're on their way to your home! ". Run...Run....RUN away from Cox communication. Service is so unreliable and so is their staff!!!!
Here is the update!!!! 3:42 PM still no technician! Now they are saying the technician came to my front door ....that's pretty incredible since I live in a gated community and I have been sitting on the porch all day! They refuse to come here! Guess the technician is slow or lazy and decided to cancel my appointment by lying! Cox is so unreliable and so is their staff!!!! Use CenturyLink or any other company!!!!!
