  • This gorgeous development has exceeded our expectations. As 'snowbirds', we love the 'lock and leave' aspect with full security and the knowledge that when we return our home in the sun will be just as we left it. Like many Optima residents, we were initially intrigued by the exceptionally striking architecture. But now having settled in, the interior design is light-filled, quiet and efficiently planned - great job. The central location is also a bonus. After selling our home in Paradise Valley we are now much less dependent on our car for getting around - everything is right at our fingertips. It's certainly a more carefree lifestyle - we can fall out of bed into some of the best restaurants in town. The amenity package just gets better it certainly ticks ALL of the boxes. The recent opening of the beautiful Kaleidoscope Juice shop is just one more example. And rumor has it that they'll soon have a liqour license. Now that makes perfect sense - a vodka-kale juice after my swim!
