  • If I could give zero stars I would. Constantly being put on hold and waiting for a cab at the hospital for almost an hour and a half. I was considering walking a mile with crutches instead of waiting. Luckily got a ride back with the campus police by chance. What is also idiotic is their line of ads telling you how short your wait will be and how much they care about your service. Fuck that and fuck Yellow cab.
