  • Had a torsion spring break on me last night, spoke to my property manager and they contacted sun city. I was called for an appointment between 12pm and 3pm. Terry arrived roughly 1230. Diagnosed the issue, and started doing his repairs. My car was in his way because of some repairs I'm doing, but he was nice enough to let me know that it's ok and that he would work around it. He even requested a blanket over the car in case he accidentally drops a screw or bolt and not wanting to scratch the car, which is a plus. He was definitely in care of my personal property. Terry also provided some knowledge on garage repairs, safety tips, and future preventative measures so that when I own my own house, I know what to look out for, and prevent failures and such. Wish I could add two more stars because he is also a Golden State Warriors fan!
