  • The hotel atmosphere is great. It had a really great crowd. Though I found some of the employees to be friendly there were a lot of grumpy ones too. I found the staff at the pool 21 black jack tables to be super talkative and friendly as well as the waitresses. They were on top of it with drinks! They kept them coming. The indoor casino staff on the other hand was quiet, slow and not friendly at all. It's like they hated their jobs. They were a total buzz kill. The room was kind of crappy. We got upgraded to a bigger room but the view was horrible and the window rarely filled the room with enough light. It's the room themed after the movie "Made in America." Yes it was large but I'd rather get a smaller room that got more light! The food at this hotel is great! They have Starbucks, Earl of Sandwich and Gordon Ramseys Burgr (no this is not misspelled lol) to name a few. Fantastic! As well, the shopping area is great! Best on the strip in my opinion. I would stay here again if I got a proper room.
