I wish I could give Findlay Saab 0 stars but yelp made me put at least 1.
I was coming for a smog check and had a coupon that was sent to me from Findlay. I called to verify it would be honored as I was driving across town to the dealership.
The operator connected me to a voicemail first. Then I hung up and called back. She tried to connect me again but disconnected me. Then I called back again and I told her maybe she could help me so she asked what I needed. I started telling her and mid-sentence she just said "oh, hold on" and put me on hold. She came back and I said "please connect me with an actual person, I don't care who it is. I just want to talk to someone other than you."
I was told by the cashier the coupon would be honored.
I arrived in the driveway and the service writer approached me with an arrogant and condescending tone.
I told him I'd like a smog check and he said those guys are out to lunch and wouldn't be back for 45 mins. I said I'd wait. He proceeded to act superior. And said he wasn't sure if the coupon would be accepted. I told him I spoke with Melissa the cashier and he said "oh, well I'll look into this."
Well I say ...I will NEVER EVER drive 30 miles to get to this dealership again. I would actually drive 30 miles out of my way to go somewhere else even if I was across the street.
