  • Honestly I have worked at this location before and have read all these comments.. I understand people here are upset because of the time they have to wait, but most of the time its around CHRISTMAS TIME which to be honest is like black friday busy EVERYDAY until the 26th (Literally) Everyone that works at this location and probably every picture people try their very best to do whatever it is that you need to make you happy. Some people have bad kids that don't pay attention and take some time, we are more than patient with them because we want the perfect shot as much as you do. For me personally it was always about the art of the photos and how well they turned out so we always try our best to take the best shots possible, even if it doesn't always work out in the end. Most of the time people complain because they say we book our appointments too close to each other and over book ourselves which is COMPLETELY wrong. We do try to space them out but people forget how you can make ONLINE appointments. Think about it.. Why would WE make ourselves crazy busy? We don't like being yelled at. Patience is Key . Picture People is amazing! To its employees and the customers. The only reason people complain is because they want everything to go so smoothly but sometimes it doesnt workout like that All in all, Picture People try their very very best, why don't you try posing a fussy 2 year old with an even fussier 3 month old. If you do go in around Christmas Time please please be patient. We try so very hard to take you in on time.
