  • This cold stone is so sketchy. I went in around 8 and basically all the lights are off. There's no ice cream in the ice cream freezer and no cakes in the cake freezer. They went in the back got the ice cream and then came back out... weird. The employees both looked super raggedy like they just got back from the gym. Also, neither of them were wearing any cold stone gear, unlike every other cold stone in the whole world. They also seemed like they had no clue what they were doing, they kept having to ask each other how to make things. They didn't even make the right amount of ice cream, they threw half of it out because it wouldn't fit in the cup. On top of that the prices were absolutely outrageous. My love it size was almost $7! I even checked the menus at the other ones in town right now.. it's suppose to cost around $4. I also got one of those cookie brownie hot plate things. It didn't come in the big to go container it usually comes in, they just shoved a cold cookie and a scoop of ice cream into an ice cream cup, and also charged me $7 for it. I don't know if this is some weird partner store or what. And as I'm eating my ice cream I'm finding ice chips and weird chunks in it. So gross. Cold stone ice cream has always been my absolute favorite but this one is weird. Definitely not coming back.
