  • What a difference this location is from the Arrowhead store! We were actually greeted when we walked in the door...staff was busy but available to answer questions & when I couldn't find something, one employee went out of his way to look for it. I love Skechers, but I don't like how they've all turned into factory outlets now. It has really taken away from the level of customer service they used to have & in spite of the bigger stores, they don't seem to have the inventory you need. The Metro location came pretty close tho...their employees need to show the Arrowhead employees how it's done!
