  • I hate to write this review, because last year my experience with another location was so much better... however, here it goes. The man who actually did my taxes, just so happened to be the manager (scary thought). His was a lot less than personable, and just generally cold. He made no attempt to actually dig deeper into finding any additional deductions that I may have qualified, and was truly pointless as a "tax adviser". His condescending tone, and just way of speaking to me and others was enough to ensure I would never return to this location... EVER.
