| - I got an hour massage (back, body + feet) for a great deal while visiting Vegas. If you had asked me 30 min in to rate it, I would have given four or five stars. But then the massage got REALLY bad; I'd give ZERO stars if I could. I'll get to why the one star later.
Started out like a typical foot massage parlor; dark interior, people chattering quietly (not in English). I went with a friend, neither of us were pressured to get a different package, though were were given the option. I asked for female masseuses, but front of house employee said they only had one available.
We were led to a curtained room where there were four seats; two people were already there talking in Chinese to their masseuses. They sounded happy. Good sign right? Our masseuses came in; one middle-to-late aged man and one young woman. I figured since I was a girl and my friend was a guy they'd choose same-sex. WRONG. Lady walked over to my friend and the man quickly came over to me.
I had been to a foot massage place before, so I wore a cami top and comfy yoga pants. My friend had not, so he rolled up his pant legs and we both got our feet soaked in tubs. After awhile we had shoulder massages (good!) and then foot/calf massages (excellent!). Then we were motioned to lay back in the chairs for the back massage part. The other two people in the room left at this point. I found out later that Foot Spa was closed for new appointments, so a lot of people were already done and leaving. We ended up being almost the last people there by the end.
This is where it got weird. About 40 minutes in, the man began to try and massage under my shoulders while I was face down. This is hard to do, and I've rarely had this done. But I was okay with it. UNTIL he started sliding his hands farther down my shirt. He was trying to roll his fingers over my chest. I squirmed around so he had to stop and kept massaging my back. But then a couple minutes later, he did it again. This time he didn't even bother massaging my shoulders, he slipped his hands under me and grabbed my chest. WHAT. I tried to roll over and complain but he was really aggressive and annoying. I rolled around so he couldn't do this. Same thing, a minute or so later he was grabbing at my chest again. I sat up and said "What are you doing? No." And he just smiiiiiled at me. I told my friend "we need to go" and left about 55 min in to the massage.
I have NEVER had this happen before, and was too shocked, scared, and honestly embarrassed to complain. As with a lot of foot massage places, very few people working this evening shift spoke English and I didn't want to have to pantomime and explain that I basically got molested. I will NEVER return to this location, especially when there are SO MANY non-offensive foot massage places in this area.
