  • James and his company offer STELLAR customer service! He took the time to explain the ins and outs (pun intended) of water softening and even went to get a bag of salt for us because we had failed to buy one for the service call. If only he did landscaping, cabinetry, electrical work, and painting...We would hire him on a regular basis. Very nice and great customer service. There is no one else out there that can do what he does. Thank you for giving us 125% during our service call. It truly meant a lot to us. A+++++
