  • I had a bad experience with Avis next door to these guys and ended up returning my car for my work trip early to rent a new one from Enterprise. Their customer service was MUCH better (although the wait in line was pretty long as they only had one person working the counter, but he was very apologetic multiple times to everyone in line and it was late in the evening), and they didn't keep trying to up-sell me (unlike Avis). The guy that brought me to the car also did a walk-around with me to look for any pre-existing damage before I signed the rental form, which Avis did not do. I've alway used Avis before but this trip may have switched me to Enterprise.
