  • Had a check engine light on for a few weeks. Took it to the dealer and was told I needed a new transmission. When I called aamco for a second opinion they told me they would diagnose the problem for free and give me a quote. Turned out I only needed a solenoid and a fluid flush. Dealer quoted me $4k, got it taken care of for $350. I'd go back if I had any more problems, an auto shop you can trust.
