  • I bought a Trek hybrid bike here in October and had been stopping in every week before I made my purchase. The great staff and low pressure atmosphere really helped ease the process. The salesman at the Southern location helped me make an informed decision and the staff at the Scottsdale location have been awesome every time I stopped in with a maintenance question. I have very little knowledge about bike maintenance and the staff has never made me feel silly for asking questions about how to care for my bike. Travis helped me today and was so helpful. Landis gets 5 stars for going above and beyond and taking my bike in for a tune up before I move to San Francisco even though they originally said they wouldn't have time to fit it in. I'll miss this shop when I move and highly recommend it for purchasing a bike!
