  • My baby (family pet/member) that I've had since she was the size of my hand got pregnant by mistake. She needed help giving birth to the last two puppies. These people treated us like criminals because we needed a payment plan to be able to afford the $1200+ surgery. They first tried telling us that we would have to surrender our pet because we couldnt pay the entire amount up front. It was beyond ridiculous. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. I've had this dog for 7 years!! No way in hell was I going to allow that. Long story short after their good cop/bad cop routine we left there feeling emotionally drained & feeling abused. We did eventually get a payment plan- which they charged my card before calling me the following month even though I WATCHED the guy write on my contract that they'd call me before charging it. Also- I recieved a "condolences" card for my dead dog.... which hasn't died. She's fine & happy with her puppies. So... one star for the c-Section & not stealing my dogs. Negative stars for their lack of people skills I suppose. Money hungry people. They are ridiculous over priced even for a vet. Just because I didn't have $1200 in my acct that night doesn't mean I haven't provided her an amazing loving home for the past 7 years. Shes ridiculously spoiled and healthy along with the other 2 dogs in the home & now the puppies.
