  • I called this company to make an appointment. The girl on the phone was very pleasant and made me an appointment the next day. This was a four hour window, which I waited around for. They guy never showed up and I never got a call. I called in and the girl asked me if I was cancelling. I said, no, your guy didn't show up. I got a call back later and was told I would get a call first thing Monday to get someone out. I didn't get a call until 230 in the afternoon. By this time, another company came out and fixed the issue!!!
