  • Dr. Cook was a wonderful doctor but, even after 5+ years in his excellent care, his (familial) staff became unprofessional and careless, suggesting I go elsewhere and find a new doctor if I didn't like their refusal to issue an increased quantity of blood pressure medication approved by my insurance company. When presented to Dr. Cook, he said he was too tired of patient complaints and would just side with his staff with very little information conveyed to him. I was unreasonably forced to change doctors immediately.
