  • I can't say enough great things about Lucy. Long story short: fairly new speaker stands, starting to feel pretty badly, past the 45 day return. Not only that, I had GC Pro pricing from my rep for something new, but I couldn't wait and needed to exchange immediately. Lucy handled it like a pro. No questions asked on returning the speaker stands, and was able to secure the same pricing my rep secured for me. In and out in 20 minutes. She is the best, I would recommend anyone go to this center and ask for Lucy.
