  • My mother in law has gluten and dairy allergies. Naturally you would assume the vegan GF and dairy free coconut base "suggested flavors" would qualify as vegan GF and dairy free as well, however just to be sure we told them about the allergies before ordering and they assured her coconut flavor has no dairy. Afterwards we checked the website and sure enough the coconut flavor is made with milk. We called the manager and he completely denied it - even though it's right on the website! I cannot believe the lack of customer service. We will never be back. Also it took about 30 minutes for 2 ice creams and cost way too much for what you get. No thank you.
