You have to jump through hoops to get anything done in this apartment complex. The A/C and heat are so ridiculously loud that you can barely have a conversation with someone that's more than two feet away from you. In the quieter hours of the night I could hear my upstairs neighbors using the restroom. If you are cooking with the stove or oven you can't have any lights on in the bedrooms or you'll flip the breaker. We received a call from the office asking if we'd been slamming doors, because someone in our building complained of slamming doors. We said that it wasn't us and they asked us to be more mindful of our neighbors and close doors quieter (this wasn't the only time we were wrongly accused and bothered about a situation). When you move out, be sure to scrub down the place. They will charge you for everything and anything they can. Last but not least, the day after we turned in our keys, I realized I left coats in the coat closet. I rushed over to get them, went into the office and politely asked if someone could help me to get my coats. Let's keep in mind that the place was EMPTY, other than the coats. The girl was very sweet when she let me know that she can't let me go to the apartment (which was unlocked by the way) without authorization from my roommate. They try their best to inconvenience you at this complex and are not helpful at all.
