  • There's one thing that always keeps me going back here - customer service. I love that when I go in, they know me by name. I'm not going to lie and say that the nail service I get is ALWAYS what I want, but they are pretty consistent in the services they provide. Depending on the technician you have, your experience will vary. I always like to switch things up and change colors on them. It's hard when you can't really explain what it is you want because they don't understand, but most of the time there is someone there who can sort of relay what you want. There are lots of different color variations. I usually get the gel nails, and most times, my nails will easily last 3-4 weeks. Again, depending on who does my nails, this varies. But regardless, my nails always look good. The gel polish part at least. On occasion I will need my natural nail fixed and they will do the powder on my nail. My gripe is that some technicians can make it look natural, while some make it look super bulky. So, all in all, I love this place... but again, your experience will differ depending on who your technician is. I have no real gripes about any one technician.
