I have been going to this location for my kitty's needs for some time. I don't usually have an opinion about this store one way or the other. It's close to work and I can run in, buy the items I always get, swing by the cute kitties up for adoption and get out of there quick. Not today. Today I have a definite opinion. I was the next person in line behind a women making a return. Apparently the cashier did not have the authority to help her so he called a manager on the speaker. No manager. This did not seem to bother the customer or the cashier since apparently they had nothing better to do than to chat anyway. After a few minutes a manager happened to stroll by. Then he got involved in the conversation, while they asked for name, phone number, address, e-mail, reason for return, mother's maiden name (okay, not that last one, but you get the picture).
Not once while this whole thing went on and on was I acknowledged by either the cashier or manager. Not once did they think to call someone else over to check me out. Not once did they apologize for taking so long. And no one even bothered to notice when I dropped my kitty food on the counter and walked out the door.
