  • First of all it is apartment living soooo if you like - fees fees fees and more fees this place is for you. . Forced cable fee $45, Pest fee $5 water fee $25 gas fee $30 paper statement fee $5 Trash fee $11 . . . If you love the scent of Febreeze and Carpet Fresh again this place is for you. I left the windows open for three months and could never get the scent out and the real fresh in. If you like your exercise room and community room so over perfumed with febreeze this place is really for you !! If you like to party and have puke next to your car on the weekends this place is for you. If you love dogs and people who don't clean up after them this place is for your many tenants have LARGE dogs !! ??? lighting in the complex is non existent and its really dark on the walk ways at night. Bring your own flash light. If you like hot water for your shower you will have to find another apartment complex. After maintenance tried 4 times to fix it I just gave up and paid $2,400 to get out my lease and moved.
