rev:text	To say that I love this place would be an understatement. It's always nice to explore the culinary destination which is Las Vegas and then you find a place like this. I'm gonna keep it simple. Service was perfect! The best I've experienced in Las Vegas. The food was outstanding and I mean everything. Appetizers, main course and dessert, just incredible. If you are in Las Vegas and wan't a elevated culinary experience, I highly recommend Echo and Rig.
